FITNESS

Imagine a field, wild grass with touches of color and texture. There is a line of trees ahead that open to a forested area rich and abundant with life. A creek lies within the canopy of trees, a mirror reflecting the sun. The birds are singing and the branches dancing. A freedom that can be tasted and seen. We are made to run toward this freedom; to move our bodies, explore, enjoy, come alive.

Through The Fields Fitness was created to help women have space to explore this freedom and to bring women together who share a heart.

THROUGH THE FIELDS FITNESS IS A MOBILE GYM COMPANY  DESIGNED TO BRING FITNESS TO YOUR DESIRED LOCATION WHETHER THAT IS YOUR HOME, OFFICE, OR A FIELD SOMEWHERE.

"From a former athlete, empty nester, retired 2nd grade teacher and low energy woman navigating her 50’s, Caitlin is exactly what the doctor ordered! Literally! Having endured multiple joint surgeries and autoimmune diagnosis, my doctors want me moving more and engaging in weight bearing activities. Carrying bags of soil, cement and pea gravel was NOT enough. Gardening is seasonal, after all, and my health is not. Caitlin Kelly orchestrates a weight bearing workout made just for me. She is like a conductor coordinating all my weaknesses into a symphony of strength! This leads to more energy and less injury. Caitlin brings all the necessary components, so all I need is a bottle of water. She keeps track of all my reps and weights used and blends arms, legs and core for a balanced workout. Having someone all to myself for one hour is like a gift of caring. The music is inspirational, the conversation is uplifting! I would highly recommend her to anyone serious about making positive changes in your daily movement and yearning to be outside!"
