Through The Fields Fitness was designed to be accessible for women in all seasons of life: mamas, caregivers, work-from-home girl bosses, retired homebodies, etc. All equipment is easily transportable to the location of your choice whether that is your home, gym, office, or outdoor space.

Online Personal Training
For those who make working out their quality alone time, but still need accountability to stay consistent, Through The Fields Fitness offers online training that is personalized to the woman! This includes app access, custom fitness programming with videos, and ongoing support directly from me.
$30/session
Small Group Training Sessions
If you enjoy exercising with your friends, group training sessions may be the way to go. Through The Fields Fitness offers group training sessions for small groups of two to four people. These sessions would be more group focused. Imagine meeting your friends somewhere dreamy for a fun training session then celebrating with a long cooldown walk or a yummy dinner.
$30/hr per person
Fitness Bootcamp
Join the Through The Fields Fitness community for a bootcamp experience designed to grow strength and foster community. As a mobile gym, the bootcamp classes are held in a variety of locations — whether it’s in a local park, studio, or backyard. Each workout is thoughtfully designed to cater to women of all fitness levels, with modifications to suit individual needs.

Mountain Bum Hiking Club
Are you a lover of the mountains and hiking but struggle to get outside? The Mountain Bum Hiking Club offers an experienced and Wilderness First Aid certified trail guide, planned hikes, safety in numbers, accountability to get outdoors and a great time.
